Get rid of the excuses.  Get rid of the, “I can't,” or, “I don’t think I can,”—the self-doubt.  I think you’ve got to love yourself, believe in yourself, and have faith that you can.  Quit making excuses and just do it.

 

Sometimes it takes a lot of self-talk. I talk to myself a lot, because I sometimes get into little funks or  moods.  I have to talk myself out of it and say, “Why are you thinking like this?  Come on, there’s got to be a way around this.  Let’s put our thinking caps on.” Sometimes my children remind me, “Can't is not an option.”
