Throughout his career, he has bought, expanded and sold more than 20 companies operating in more than 40 countries. Most of these were companies in trouble that he brought to life as thriving, profitable enterprises—a pattern from his earliest days in business when he made it a point to take on the toughest assignments.

 

By the early 1990s, Jim White, had achieved international recognition as a leadership expert through his work as CEO of Blount World Trade Corporation; Owner and Managing Director of ACEC Centrifugal Pumps NV, Belgium; and as Vice-President and Division Manager of Ingersoll Rand Equipment Corporation.

 

In 1991 Jim founded JL White International, Inc. As a full-service management consulting and leadership development organization based out of Monterey, California, JL White International, Inc. offers a variety of innovative programs. His powerful workshops have helped hundreds of businesses and individuals identify various management styles, decision-making processes, corrective action techniques, morale-building methods, and accountability issues.

 

Closely following that, he established his Circle of Success™ program - a year-long, customized leadership and management transformation process that shows companies, organizations, and individuals how to create their own unprecedented profit—both professionally and personally.
