As its founder, Marlene Cain has recruited hundreds of quality candidates for premier companies and coached thousands of employees and job seekers in skills that last them a lifetime. Known as an “entertrainer,” Cain is a trained communicator, champion speaker, and award-winning businesswoman who has been recognized at state and local levels for her contributions to business and communications. She currently serves the Big Bear Chamber of Commerce as its chairman.

As an active volunteer, Cain co-founded Bearly Speaking, Big Bear’s award-winning Toastmasters Club, and enjoys helping speakers and presenters at any level find their voice. She also credits Toastmasters International® for much of her success.
