This training along with her years of living in London, Israel and India (where she was blessed to study with such notables as Krishnamurti, Sai Baba, and B.K.S. Iyengar ) help her to deeply understand our global world and consciousness and bring a respect for diversity so necessary in the present world.

She holds a master’s degree in theology and a Ph.D. in comparative religion, which add an additional component of consciousness, core-values and compassion that result in audiences that are inspired to live from a deeper truth. She is known for her uplifting yoga style, integration of music, and moving meditation with dance along with her own brand of wit and wisdom.

Her company, Inner Fitness, Inc. teaches strategies and skills for authentic living through the integration of yoga, hypnotherapy, spiritual counseling and coaching.
