Sharon McGloin is the President and owner of Experiential Alternatives, a training and coaching company that focuses on personal growth and development as well as a variety of seminar topics from team building and conflict resolution to compassion fatigue.


She is also the Vice President of Performance Improvement at Marillac, a residential treatment center and psychiatric hospital for emotionally disturbed children ages six to seventeen.


Additionally, Sharon is an adjunct professor at Avila University in Kansas City and has taught on leadership from the inside out. Sharon is a lifetime learner and enjoys being a catalyst for others’ growth and learning.
