The Petaluma Downtown Association (PDA) is a 501 C(6) non-profit, membership-based organization founded in 1982 to represent business and property owners. The PDA is responsible for managing and overseeing the City's tourism program, Visit Petaluma, and the Business Improvement District (BID).
