Your Intranet members register through our enrollment and log-in systems and enjoy complete anonymity and transparency with other users, or your company. If their contact details change, they are updated automatically.

Gone are the days of undeliverable communications, lost e-mails or lack of privacy. The Intranet platform gives the control back to your individual members. For example, we set up a private intranet for a Hollywood talent agency where the actors insisted on complete privacy even to the agency, however the agency wanted to inform them of an upcoming casting call. After several years and several feature films later, the company is still using our software to communicate effectively with their talent base.

Your members may then communicate with other members who have allowed an open channel to them. By allowing communications only from other members you have chosen to be connected to and conversely only if they have chosen to be connected to you, your members are always in complete control of their environment.

The mobile-text messaging environment allows you to quickly and easily add a virtual membership area to your website.  Users register with their mobile telephone number, choose their carrier, userID and Password.  They can privately text-message each other without incurring outbound text-message fees.  (However the inbound text messge does apply based on the recipients carrier plan).

In addition members can send each other private messages without using e-mail.  These messages are organized in an efficient manner and are easy to manage and follow the conversation that is unfolding.  The branding and identity is customizable.  In addition, you can provide an 'upgrade' path whereby users can pay a monthly fee and gain access to different levels of content and services. The pricing includes a one-time set-up fee, creative fees and a monthly hosting fee based on the number of members.

The basic software-as-a-service license fee for the Intranet is 25 cents per user per month. One thousand users minimum, or $250/mo + (3% Paypal credit card processing fee). Consulting and set-up fees are extra.
